OM Associates Pte. Ltd. was outsourcing testing and manufacturing activities to various Testing Houses and Contract Manufacturing facilities in the Far East. In 2006, Realizing the limitation of sub-contracting, OM decided to have a dedicated manufacturing facility in India.

OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. manufactures memory modules and Flash products from it's state-of-art 24000 sq ft facility in NSEZ, Noida, India. OM Nanotech is the first facility in India to undertake DRAM, Flash IC testing and Die testing, Based on the excellent performance, OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded

DRAM IC testing:
We have DRAM testing capabilities across various capacities for SDR, DDR, DDR-II, DDR-III The department has hundreds of motherboards from different manufacturers with a wide range of processors, running specialized testing software as well as hardware based tests to test and calibrate the IC's. The testing platforms have been selected after in-depth global evaluation and that are used by majority of testing houses across the globe.

SMT :
We have two of the most advanced and latest ultra-high speed Yamaha SMT lines, each consisting of paste printer, chip mounter, fine pitch mounter and 10-zone re-flow oven. We are in the process of adding another line.

Module Testing :
Module testing is done using Multi-test platforms for SDR, DDR, DDR-II, DDR-III (Hardware and Software) and on different types of motherboards.

Flash Testing :
The testing of flash IC'S of different capacities is undertaken on various controllers. There are more than 500 fixtures to undertake the testing. Due to OM's in-depth knowledge on the subject, OM is well respected by various controller manufacturers.

USB/Flash drives:
We offer a wide range of casings to customize the product for various customers. Die Testing: We have a dedicated Flash/DRAM Die testing facility that is probably the only one in India.
