Warranty Policy for Singapore
OM Associates Pte. Ltd. offers warranty as per following terms and conditions-

1. Dolgix products are warranted for 3 years from date of manufacture or date of purchase (if supported by purchase invoice), whichever is later.
2. To make a warranty claim please contact care@Dolgix.com within the warranty period and obtain an RMA number, RMA number is issued based on proof of purchase.
3. Any product under warranty shall be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product. In case repair/replacement is not possible, Om Associates shall reimburse the cost of purchase or current price of product, whichever is less.
4. Warranty is not applicable in case of
   - Physical damage of any kind or misuse or faulty installation
   -Repair or attempted repair by unauthorized person.
   -Missing product label or part thereof
   -Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect.
5. Limitation of Liability: Any liability for any consequential and incidental damages on account of performance of the product, is expressly disclaimed. The cumulative liability across all counts and events is limited to the purchase price paid, excluding taxes and freight cost.
6. OM Associates Pte. Ltd. retains the right to update, change or withdraw one or more clauses in part or entirely as per it's sole discretion, without any prior or announcement. Om Associates decision related to applicability of warranty shall be final.
7. In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be Singapore.
