Warranty Policy for Rest of the world

For Dealers/Distributors

Dolgix by OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd., (herein after refer to as company) comes with a limited warranty from the date of manufacture. We warranty these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period. Any product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product.

Dolgix Modules Warranty:
All Dolgix module series are covered by 3 Years warranty.

Dolgix GOLD Modules Warranty:
All Dolgix GOLD module series are covered by 5 Years warranty.

For failures within the first six months of warranty period OM shall replace the module with a new module of equal of higher specification, thereafter a repaired or replacement shall be provided at sole discretion of OM.

Dolgix Zip Modules Warranty:
All Dolgix Zip module series are covered by 5 Years warranty.

For failures within the first six months of warranty period OM shall replace the module with a new module of equal of higher specification, thereafter a repaired or replacement shall be provided at sole discretion of OM.

The defective modules may be shipped to the dealer in the country from where it is bought.

For End users

1. Dolgix by OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. comes with a limited warranty from the date of manufacture.
2. We warranty these products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the warranty period. Any product that fails will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent or higher specification product.
   
3. OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. endeavours to provide replacement at offices overseas for Dolgix products. To make a warranty claim please contact care@Dolgix.com within the warranty period and obtain an RMA number, RMA number is issued based on proof of purchase (showing date and place of purchase and name of reseller) product name, type and number.
   
4. For replacement of faulty modules you may send the modules at our offices as given in contact details.
5. The suspected faulty product shall be replaced only if it is confirmed to be faulty at the warranty location.
6. In the event of a dispute, the venue for litigation will be New Delhi.
7. Any liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. cumulative liability across all counts and events is limited to the current market price of product only.
8. We don't cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
   • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow normal precautions in installation and usage in JEDEC complaint motherboards.
   • Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.
   • Any damage of the product during shipment.
   • Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
   • Normal wear and tear.
   • Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect.
9. The product is not meant for life saving applications, nuclear, strategic or similar extreme applications.
10. OM Nanotech Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to update, change or withdraw one or more clauses in part or entirely as per company's sole discretion, without any prior or announcement.
